  • Recycling in Jordan King´s Academy in Jordan are running the HSBC Eco-Schools Climate Initiative and aiming to be awarded with the Green Flag. The school is focusing on the theme "Litter and Waste".
  • Irish Eco-School visited HSBC office In February, the Eco-committee from Donabate/Portrane Educate Together N.S. visited HSBC Ireland office. Colm Byrne, Green Schools Coordinator, said it was a fantastic way for the students to see how the actions they have in their school need to be put in place in workplaces, business and homes.
  • Eco-Schools and HSBC volunteers at the Marine Turtle event Around one hundred Eco-Schools students & teachers, and HSBC volunteers took part in a beachside competition hosted by Emirates Wildlife Society in association with WWF (EWS-WWF) to raise awareness of the conservation needs of marine turtles and to mark UAE Environment Day on February 4, 2012.
